Loyalty Program:

The  Loyalty Program is open to all customers.  

Loyalty cards will only be issued when the total purchase cost is above £10.

Customers will receive one stamp per transaction.

After collecting 5 stamps, customers will receive:

£5 Off their entire purchase. 

After collecting 10 stamps, customers will recieve:

£10 Off their entire purchase.

For discounts to be applied, the value of the transaction must be greater than the value of the discount.

Discounts do not apply on Livestock purchases.

Stamps will not be earnt on transactions that soley contain livestock.

If a loyalty card is lost, it can be replaced; however, previously earned stamps will not be transferred to the new card.

Stamps must be collected at the time of purchase and cannot be issued retroactively.
 

Animal Boarding Terms:

All boarding fees must be paid in full at the time of drop-off.

Drop-off and collection must occur within shop opening hours as listed on our website. These hours are subject to change and should be confirmed before your visit.

If a customer collects an animal after closing hours or on a later day than arranged, a late fee will apply at a rate of the standard daily boarding fee plus 50%.

Snakes below approximatley 3 foot in size are charged at advertised 'from price'. Snakes approximatley 3 foot upto 6 foot are charged at the following: £30 per week, £5 per day. Animals measuring above 6 foot may be able to be accomodated, price is given on enquiry.

When boarding inverterbrates you acknowledge the increased risk during molts and agree any loss is no fault of Urban Reptilia.

In the unlikely event that an animal dies while in our care, we cannot be held liable for the loss.

Prices may and will vary from whats advertised. This may be due to species type and size of certain animals.

If an animal displays signs of illness or distress, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care from our dedicated veterinarian without prior consent. Any associated veterinary costs may be passed on to the customer.

Our minimum charge for boarding is the equivalent of one full week, regardless of the length of stay.
